I knew I had to try this when some reviewers said it was too rich (as if that is possible). It was wonderful and easy to make(and nice and rich!). I will be making this again and again . Next time I might try the toffee bits as one reviewer suggested instead of the walnuts.

This cake got raves at work! I used caramel topping instead of caramels and butter (and should have used two jars, not one), and topped with bits of snickers candy (I used 3 bars). I omitted the nuts altogether. Very sweet, and very well received, thanks!

It might be messy, it might not be too pretty, but this cake is soooo delicious. I used a favorite chocolate cake recipe instead of a cake mix. I also left out the walnuts- there are no walnuts in Snickers. The best part is the caramel sauce- it is so buttery and yummy!

I couldn't see pouring all that melted butter over the cake, so I cut back on the butter and used caramel topping instead of individually wrapped caramels. I also chopped 3 Snickers candy bars over the top and popped it back in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the candy bars just a bit. I took this to a Super Bowl party and it just didn't go over quite as well as expected. Turned out a lot of people were turned off by the walnuts. My fiancee and I loved it though, so we were happy to bring the leftovers (about half of the cake) home!

Yummy! I was worried when I made this that it wouldn't be good because the caramel sauce was pretty runny when I poured it on the cake, but it was delicious!

Awesome recipe. I used a chocolate fudge cake mix and added additional cocoa to the recipe. It was wonderful with a scoop of vanilla icecream!

I made this cake for my boyfriend's birthday and his entire office loved it! This is an extremely rich cake - you can't eat much! I subbed Devil's Food cake and peanuts because he doesn't like coconut or walnuts. Turned out great and also did the snickers on top. Delicious!

made this cake for my mom's b-day. Turned out perfect--definitely put the chopped up snickers(2) on top. Great for chocolate fiends!

I MADE THIS CAKE FOR VALENTINE'S DAY. PLACE IN MICROWAVE FOR 10-15 SECONDS BEFORE EATING TO MELT CHOCOLATE CHIPS. I ALSO ADDED DICED SNICKERS BARS ON TOP AND ADDED A DOLLOP OF VANILLA ICE CREAM. BY FAR-ONE OF THE BEST CAKES I'VE HAD!!
