Ingredients

  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
  •  
  • Filling:
  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups marshmallow cream
  • 1/4 cup JIF® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups salted peanuts, finely chopped
  •  
  • Caramel Layer:
  • 1 (14 ounce) package caramels, unwrapped
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  •  
  • Chocolate Glaze:
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 3/4 cup JIF® Creamy Peanut Butter

Directions

  1. Bottom Layer: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter; stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Stir in flour. Spread in lightly greased 13x9-inch pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until set. Cool.
  3. Filling: In medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, melt butter. Stir in sugar and whipping cream. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in marshmallow cream, peanut butter and peanuts. Spread evenly over bottom layer. Cool.
  5. Caramel Layer: In small saucepan, over low heat, melt caramels and whipping cream until caramels are melted. Spread over filling layer. Cool until set.
  6. Chocolate Glaze: In small saucepan, over low heat, cook and stir all ingredients until melted. Spread evenly over caramel layer. Chill 30 minutes or until set. Cut into bars. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
