Original Recipe Yield 1 frosting for a 9x13 inch cake
 

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the melted butter, brown sugar and cream until well blended. Then mix in the coconut. spread over any cake in a 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Place under the preheated broiler for 3 to 5 minutes, until the mixture is bubbly and golden. Be careful not to burn.
