Thank you so much!! I have been looking for a Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe for a long time and this is the best I have ever come across. The first time I made them I used regular sized chocolate chips and they came out a little flatter and not as sweet, then used Jumbo sized Chocolate Chips or chopped up chocolate bar and they were more like the photo.. These are amazing cookies!!! Thanks again for sharing this master piece!

A soft cookie. GREAT!!! The dough does not go flat nor hard and crispy by the time the cookie is baked. It you see this recipe, you must give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

This is a good recipe. My husband loved them. I added another 1/4 c flour, added an extra egg white and omitted the salt since baking soda already has what you need for flavor. The first batch in the oven I cooked at 375 for 11 min...it was to long so I turned the temp down to 370 and time down to 9 min. The longer the dough sat out the better it cooked!

This was a delicious cookie. Soft and chewy but it spread way more than I anticipated. Since it tasted good I want to try these again - but will drop smaller rounds of dough on the cookie sheet or maybe even try chilling the dough a bit first. I really wanted them to look more like the picture and not break in half when you pick them up because of the thinness and softness of the cookie. When I make again, I will update my review/star rating accordingly. Thanks for sharing!

I thought this recipe was good. I used margerine instead of butter and they came out kind of flat. If I made these again I would definately use butter! Other than that they had great taste and were a definate make again!!!!

I didn't use the chocolate called for, but rather 1 1/2 cups of peanut m&ms. So, the cookies are quite lumpy because of the big m&m's, but they taste awesome! This is one of the BEST cookie doughs to eat raw (if you're like me)! I cannot think of a better tasting recipe for dough. My cookies went a little flat after baking, but probably a result of my m&m's. I only baked 9 minutes and 10 minutes for my two loads. SO DELICIOUS! Oh, and I used smart balance omega-3 sticks instead of butter.

Great cookies! My 2 year old and husband (and husband is a bonus since he doesn't like cookies that much) really like them. I think I might use less chocolate next time. Just me and my husband's own preference!

Amazing dough! Amazing cookie! I JUST made these for my family, and college niece, and we've had a hard time not eating them all before the rest of the family gets home from school! The dough was probably the best I've ever had...kind of a caramel-y taste. I should say here I did only half cup of white sugar, and 1 and a half cups of brown. (I love the taste of brown sugar) I was also a little more generous with my pure vanilla. With all the butter and brown sugar, it made a delightful flavor. I also used milk chocolate chips, pecans, and M&Ms. YUM! They were not quite as full as the photo (but not flat either.) I got impatient and took them out too soon, and they were still slightly doughy, but still delicious.

I thought these were only okay. I followed the recipe exactly except used mini m&m's instead of chocolate chips. My dough was kind of runny and the cookies spread a lot when baked. The flavor is good, they just aren't that "chewy" chocolate chip cookie that I was looking for. Oh, mine were also done around 9 minutes at the 375 degree suggested. I lowered the temp to 360 and baked for 12 minutes and the second batch was less crispy.

Very good! Simple, fast and tasty. I used 1/8th of a tsp less soda, as someone suggested to use a bit less and I found these to be crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside and just wonderful. A definite keeper.

For me, this was the best chocolate chip cookie I have ever made at home. Mine looked exactly like the picture, didn't spread, and were nice and soft. I wouldn't call them chewy, but they had a perfect consisitency. I followed the direction exactly, and my husband raved about them. However, I only got 20 cookies out of this recipe, instead of the 30 I thought I might get. GREAT RECIPE!

This is an excellent recipe! I added a bit more butter, a touch less baking soda, and some cinnamon because I wanted to make sure that they were not a cakey cookie. They are so delicious! The dough did taste really floury, which was odd, but the end result was perfect.

I was hoping these weren't "cakey" cookies and they were - they were soft but I prefer chewy type cookies. The dough was also bland, the chocolate was the only thing that gave them any flavor.

These cookies are fabulous! I used semisweet chips and added a little bit of cinnamon to give it a little extra. It is definitely one of the best that i have made.

Good cookies overall. Mine did come out a tiny bit cakey. Maybe I used a tiny bit too much baking soda?? Still very good and will definitely bake again.

YUM, I made these at 9.30 at night for the footy tomorrow, word of advice let them cool down the choc does burn the tounge, they turned out lovely. I had no baking soda so trippled the baking powder, and no choc chips so smashed a block of cooking choc I had in the cupboard. Recommend and thankyou.
