I thought the fondue was a little thin-but I only used 3/4 lb of chocolate and no coffee so perhaps added too much cream. The flavor was wonderful though.

I thought this was pretty good. I'm not sure if I would add the coffee the next time I make it. This reheated well in the microwave the next day for leftovers.

Try adding a big scoop of peanut butter and dipping toasted marshmellow, pineapple, and cheesecake.

Excellent recipe! The coffee gives added flavor, yet no one can tell that there is coffe in it - not like a mocha. Have made this several times and friends and family all love it.

This fondue was very good. I initially made it with half milk chocolate and half dark chocolate. It was really thick, so I added a little extra coffee and creamer. It came out perfect! I wish I had leftovers to make the truffles.

Just tasted like melted chocolate, but what else would I expect. Made it exactly. Served with pound cake, marshmallows, coconut cookies, strawberries, bananas, pretzels, ect.. But the strawberries were the favorite.

I tried this recipe for my first-ever fondue dinner for family. I omitted the instant coffee granules, as we had several young children over. All in all, it was wonderful. It received rave reviews from everyone in the family.

It was my first time making chocolate fondue and it was a huge hit! However, I did omit the coffee powder & water-instead, I added a 1/2 cup more of cream, and it turned out great! I had 8 guests over and there was enough left over to make a few truffles (for myself) the next day!

Huge hit!!! I had a party with my girlfriends today and everyone loved it. I did leave out the coffee and water. I used Ghiradelli milk chocolate baking chips. I did add a little more cream and did add a little water because it was just a little thick. It turned out perfect. I served with strawberries, pound cake, cheese cake, and brownies.

So good and so easy! I did substitute Kahlua for the coffee and water. I served it with fresh strawberries, cubed pound cake, cut up slices of frozen cheese cake, and some leftover Christmas sugar cookies that I found in my freezer! OUr favorites were the strawberries and pound cake. For my husband and I for Valentine's day I used only 1/4 of the recipe. We still had enough leftovers to have dessert again a few nights later. I just popped it in the microwave for 30 sec. I have also taken the left over refrigerated fondue and rolled it into little balls and rolled into coconut. They made very good truffles! I will definitely make again, maybe for my next dinner party!

Great! I would make sure to dissolve the coffee granules in the hot water first. That wasn't clear in the recipe. Coffee added a nice flavor.
