I used half the recommended amount of baking soda, didn't add any nuts, and added half a tsp of salt, though they could have used a little more. Overall, an ok recipe.

These are really good; would be 5 stars with the amount of baking soda decreased. My family really enjoyed them.

These muffins were absolutely delicious! I made half the recipe (I only had 1 banana) and I am definitely regretting it because now they are all gone! I did lower the dose of baking soda as suggested previously. I baked mine for 15 min and let them cool in the pan then on a wire rack. The combo of choc. chips, walnuts and banana was perfect. I will DEFINITELY be making these again!

With a little tweaking (1tsp baking soda, instead of 3) these turned out beautifully. I love how melty the chocolate gets when you heat them up in the microwave just before eating.

I should have known 3 tsp of baking soda was too much. The only thing I can taste is baking soda. Please edit the recipe if the amount is incorrect.

Very good but I did not put 3 tsp baking soda in it, only 1 tsp baking soda and 1 tsp baking powder. Also only put 2 tsp vanilla instead of 3.
