This pie is just right - not too sweet and not too rich! I used a graham cracker crust instead of a regular crust. All I have to say is - AWESOME!

We had never had a chocolate banana cream pie before, but it sounded so delicious that we *had* to try it... and we were definitely not disappointed!!

I took this pie to an friend's family function, and it was served as the main dessert. Everyone raved about how great it tasted. It was very refreshing!

Loved by everybody. I added a little more chocolate and doing it again I'd add more banana slices (I'd do two layers rather than one) and less coconut to the pudding. Very good either way!
