The instructions for this recipe are a little confusing (the cooking time is completely wrong, given it has to cook once for 18-20 minutes and then cook again for 20-25 minutes; it states 'cool on wire rack' but doesn't specify whether or not to cool completely, to remove from pan, etc.) but the result is great! Hubby wanted something with almonds, I wanted something not-too-sweet. This was perfect. When he finally tried one, husband's reaction was "NOMNOMNOM." I'll definitely make these again.
