Gets points for being very quick and easy. Yeah, a little bland but easily adjusted, so it's not a big deal. I added garlic instead of chives. Thanks for the recipe!

I've made these twice, and both times, they weren't huge on flavor. I added a couple of cloves of minced garlic to the carrots the second time I made them, and that helped a little. I think maybe using olive oil instead of butter might make a difference as well.
