This recipe is super easy with a food processor! Use this mayo on cold cut sandwiches or mixed with canned fish. Don't use Miracle Whip or salad dressing for this. Neither one qualifies as mayonnaise and are not as thick as the real thing, which will make your result much runnier. You can get the chipotle chiles in adobo sauce at a supermarket with a good variety of more authentic Mexican items. They are either canned or bottled.

This a smoky cream sauce that tastes great. Add a few tablespoons to any kind of burrito with rice and beans in it, or to a steak or chicken bowl. Very quick and easy to make and tastes great!

What's not to like about flavorful tacos stuffed with breaded, fried tilapia topped with chipotle mayo, Napa cabbage tossed in a honey-cumin sauce, and served with pico de gallo, sour cream, chips and salsa?

The Fires of Hades - Hellish Relish

WARNING: EXTREMELY MEGA HOT!!! Not for the faint of heart. Lip and mouth numbing HOT!!! Make sure to use rubber gloves when handing and chopping the habanero chili peppers. This relish is very sweet but extremely hot. Remember too cool off mouth with eating bread or drinking milk. This will reduce the high acidic shock it puts upon your tastebuds.

I came up with this fresh-tasting, spicy recipe one night as we fired up steaks smothered in a smoky hickory BBQ sauce on our new grill. The combination was a hit and this has definitely become a new favorite. We like our food spicy, so adjust the amount of chipotle and onion to suit your taste.
