These were so easy to make, and were a great hit. The only thing I added were about 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the cookie dough. The potato chips add a nice texture to the cookie. Doesn't taste of potato chips at all. No one was able to guess the "secret" ingredient, and were all surprised when told what was in the cookies.
