Alright, though not the best... Needs more flavor, whether its more soy sauce or maybe even peanut sauce! :]

I have made this recipe several times. It is a good recipe, but I am still working to perfect it. I use green onion and add beans sprouts to the mix. I have also thrown in a can of mixed vegetables, and that added some color. As mentioned several times in the reviews, use cold rice to make this recipe. It makes a big difference.

Been makeing it for years like this. I like a couple of bacon strips crunched up and a half a handfull of frozen peas. Works with chopped up ham, kelbaska, shrimp,or whatever you have.

This was okay but i feel like its missing something. I added pea pods, green onions and jumbo shrimp but it needs something more. Maybe ginger as another reviewer suggested. I may play around with this recipe.

I'm not a huge fan of fried rice, but I really liked this one. When making the rice, I replaced 1/3 of the water required with chicken broth since I served this only as fried rice, leaving out the chicken.

EXCELLENT!!! A regular meal for us now!! We tend to make larger batches of this, reheats well. Can eat with chicken for a meal and add to a stir-fry for another meal. Frozen mixture of vegetables is a must!! Also good to add chunk pineapple, ginger or cashews for a variety!

This was pretty good, but a little on the bland side for my taste prefrences. I suggest following the tips of other reviewers to add more flavor. I followed the recipe exactly.

Really good recipe! Quick and easy to make. You can switch out the meats to your liking. Shrimp is great in this! Thanks for the recipe:)***Update, I sauteed other veggies with the onion...broccoli, snow peas, carrots etc (whatever you like)...turned out great. I also omit the butter (use only EVOO and always add garlic. Cilantro is also a tasty garnish to this dish!

Holy Pepper Monkey! Toooo much pepper for us! Otherwise, it is very tasty and I will make it again, but with about 1/2 the amount of pepper.

This recipe was very very good. I didn't follow the directions exactly. I made a larger amount, so I did 3 eggs. I did not add water to the egg because I was not quite sure what the reasoning behind that was. I sauteed some sliced fresh mushroom in butter, and added this to the rice. When I cooked my chicken, I cooked it with a few tbsp of soy sauce, so it would have more flavor. Each child had 3 servings at dinner tonight! It was delicious!

Yum! I added peas, carrots and green onions. I omitted the sauteed onions because of the green going on top. Made again on 5/7 and followed the recipe but used chicken, pork and shrimp as the meat. Did not add any vegetables. This was better than the first time I made it! Upgraded to five stars.

This recipe was awesome! I wasn't sure how it would taste, I even had leftovers from the night before on standy. The only problem with this recipe....we didn't have enough :) Next time I might double the recipe. I used brown rice and cooled it under cold water. I also used sesame oil instead of veggie oil. More authentic flavor. And lots of soy sauce. Also added some peas. Perfection!
