My husband is the fussiest eater on the planet. He ate this whole recipe up over 2 nights. I did add some leftover corn into the rice and then I put some frozen Chinese stir fry veggies in a casserole dish (the kind you get at a BJ's or Sam's Club)it had brocolli, baby corn, water chestnuts, carrots, and snow peas. I arranged the veggies on the outside and dumped the fried rice in the middle. It made a nice presentation, but barely noticeable, since hubby inhaled it! I've already made it twice. It's much healthier than restaurant fried rice, since they use a lot more oil. I used olive oil. Thanks!

I have made this recipe several times now because its so quick, easy, and delicious! Nowadays I add frozen stir-fry veggies to add color and nutrition, but it is great without too! An all-around excellent meal!

Tasty, economical, and made a great lunch for hubby and I. I addded in a handful of frozen green peas and some chives and parsley for color at the end. I sliced a partially frozen chicken breast up and just stir fried it in with the onion before adding the rice. Thanks, this is a good base and can be adapted easily.

This is so easy to make! I am a stay at home mom and love that a lot of prep can be done in the morning, and then you just throw everything together right before dinner. Less pepper for sure. Used a store bought rotisserie chicken which made it even easier. Very good!

This is a great and easy meal. I added 2 eggs instead of 1 and 3 tbsp soy sauce instead of 2.

Easy and great tasting. It's wonderful as is but does allow for altering to fit your specific taste if desired. The perfect recipe!

Great fried rice. Next time, I would reduce the pepper. Otherwise, great!

I thought this recipe was excellent and simple to make. The only thing that kept it from getting 5 stars is that I thought 1 tsp pepper was a bit much. Next time I will use 1/2 tsp. Other than that, it was awesome!! Thank you for a fantastic recipe.

Great recipe, will make again. I made a couple of changes that made the rice even better. I marinated my chicken in soy sauce and garlic overnight, used a bit more soy sauce than was recommended, and added a cup of mixed peas and carrots.

Quite bland exactly as followed. Had to tweak it up with a bit of garlic, chinese 5 spice, extra soy sauce, touch of ginger & LOTS of green onions.
