thank you for this great recipe! I love it. I have always been a fan of oil and vinegar salads, but with the cabbage, it is a special treat!
Changes I made to the recipe are, I upped the vinegar to 1/3 cup so that it wasn't so oily, and I also added the foil spice packets that come with the ramen noodles (I used two packages of the noodles)to the dressing. I used red wine vinegar also. I omitted the soy sauce and added water chesnuts. This is a fantastic sweet/sour tasting salad!!
This recipe will be a regular in our house for a long time!
