Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually beat in milk and extract. Fold in coconut and whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving.
