I doubled the recipe and and used fresh strawberries insterad of frozen. I had to add extra Splenda probably because the fresh berries don't have added sweetners like frozen. Too chill quickly, I put in the freezer, and served to family. All 7 adults loved it paired with mexican entree.

It looks wonderful, but tasted like a melted milkshake. I think I will freeze it and try it that way.

I don't know if I'd call it soup. It was nice, but I had the urge to stick a straw in it and drink it as a milkshake. I had some left over and poured it into popsicle tubes as a summertime treat.

The flavor was a little different than I was expecting but I liked it, not too sweet. I’m looking for something that is a little unique and refreshing for spring/summer entertaining. I served the soup in depression glass punch cups which was perfect.

Wow - this is so good - it really reminds me of sipping melted ice cream - what's not to love! I may try it with lighter ingredients next time so I don't feel quite as guilty eating it!

I thought this was just okay, not nearly as good as a strawberry soup recipe I used to make (but have since lost! Gah!). I added a bit of vanilla but I think the strawberry to milk ratio is a bit off; more fruit, less liquid for me next time.

Made this for a retreat, where the heat index was upwards of 100-degrees. People loved it -- cold, contained real fruit, and tasty without being sugary or syrupy. Chilled it to just-this-side-of-frozen--mmmm. Going to make more for myself this week as soon as I can get the ingredients. :-)

I loved this soup. My friend begged for the recipe!!! I added organic mint leaves to mine to give it a little more flavor!
