Delicious and so, so simple! This is a recipe perfectly suited for summer because it doesn't require an oven. I loved it just as written, but I do think I could do the same thing with raspberries as well, which I figure would be just as tasty. Thank for sharing this one, it's a keeper for sure!

I really enjoyed this and so did my hubby! :) I used fresh strawberries, and cut them up small, and used a bit more cream since the fresh strawberries have more juice. :) It was really a nice summer treat! :)

OHMYGOSH I love this stuff SO MUCH. It is too tasty. But one thing: It takes longer than 10 minutes to make and it takes longer than 10 minutes to freeze. One thing I like most about it: it takes even better with some whipped cream on top!

Wonderfully light and creamy. I used fresh strawberries i had frozen from my garden. I would have given 5 stars but if you try and blend it with the berries fully frozen it became very difficult to mix. Suggest using 1/2 thawed next time.

I used frozen strawberries because it's all I had and it was still wonderful. The amount of sugar depends on the fruit itself and your own taste though, some people found what I liked to be to tart.

Tasted like eating one big perfect strawberry, but with a fluffy texture.

This is very good and it takes only minutes to prepare. Will try frozen blueberries next.

Light, fluffy, refreshing dessert. I used fresh strawberries instead of frozen and just cut them into small pieces, added white sugar and let them sit in the fridge for about 20 min and then continued on with the recipe. Great ending to our meal this evening. Everyone loved it. Thanks for sharing!

Simple and delicious impromptu dessert. What a pretty and relatively healthy way of satisfying your sweet tooth! (And this is one dessert where Splenda could easily be used!) An added bonus was that it was light and refreshing, a great spring dessert. I served this after dinner to just Hubs and me in pretty dessert dishes. I'll definitely remember this one!

I made this for my parents and my boyfriend, they all loved it! I used granulated sugar instead of the confectioners' sugar. I also let my strawberries thaw a bit before blending. Reminds me of a strawberry smoothie but slightly creamier.I put mine in the fridge to chill,I think ill try the freezer next time..wasnt very cold after 25 mins.Very simple and very good!! Will definatley make again!!
