water, or more as needed
red potato, peeled and diced
onion, finely chopped
fresh red chile pepper, seeded and chopped
kale, finely chopped, stems included
ground nutmeg, or to taste
ground cinnamon, or to taste
ground allspice, or to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
dried sage leaves, crushed
very good. Make sure to use the red pepper.. It cuts down on some of the bitterness of the kale. I tried this per the recipe and pureed. I preferred this pureed
