Chili With Pulled Beef & Pork for a Crowd

Serve a simple bowl of chili and guests will be content. Zip in fun, colorful condiments and you've got a party. The chili yields about 5 quarts without the beans, and may be cooled, covered, and refrigerated or up to 3 days and reheated when ready to serve.

Prepare the dry rub in advance and store in a cool dry place in an airtight container. The apricot glaze can also be made ahead of time and refrigerated until your are ready to use. Serve this flavorful dish with slaw with vinaigrette, grilled potatoes and seasonal fresh fruit.

This is an authentic familiar traditional Cantonese home-style dish. It's a recipe mostly passed on within families, and it is rare to find this dish in any Asian restaurant. Trust me though, it is VERY good. It's actually intentionally salty tasting, so it goes very well with white rice. 

Chili with Ziti

Spicy chili with ground beef, onion, garlic, and kidney beans simmered in tomato sauce. Seasoned with oregano and cinnamon. Served over ziti pasta and topped with Cheddar cheese.
