I had every intention of grilling tonight, but my day got away from me, so I ended up cooking the chicken in the oven. I used boneless chicken breasts. At first my kids weren't too excited about the chicken having sauce on top. Once they tried it, they kept telling me how awesome the chicken was! Next time, I'll be certain to grill the chicken. This chicken was very good, but it was more sweet then spice. I was expecting more spicy since it uses chili sauce... it's a nice alternative to the traditional BBQ chicken for a cookout.

We really liked this chicken. It's so easy and has great flavor - loved all the garlic. I used boneless skinless thighs and they stayed very moist. I will make this again.

Do I use sweet or hot chili paste? This makes a difference! I ended up making it with sweet chili sauce and it was pretty good.

I made this for my very picky 2 year old daughter and she absolutely loved it! She ate every bite, and so did her equaly picky father who doesn't even like chicken!
