I've made many other cheese grits recipes with mixed success. This was by far the simplest and the best! I made it to go with BBQ baby back ribs and cole slaw and it was excellent. The green chiles are the perfect touch. I made it exactly as directed and wouldn't change a thing. Will definitely continue to make this.

My boyfriend is from New Mexico and chili grits were grandmas homemade dish so i found this recipe and he loved it! He said it was just as good as his grandmas! Cheap, quick and easy!

I loved this recipe. It makes a lot, so we have been eating the leftovers for breakfast. I will definitely be making it again sometime. Thanks for a great recipe!

I was so happy to find this recipe again! I used it years ago and lost the recipe. I served it last week at a brunch and there was not a morsel left. This is the best casserol ever for grits! Everyone raved about it. Thanks for posting it!
