Gramma's Old Fashioned Chili Mac

This is an old family recipe that my mom has cooked for 50 years. It's a wonderful, 'stick-to-the-ribs' meal that goes great with warm cornbread or rolls. I find that kids love this when they don't like regular 'spicy' chili.

This is an easy to make departure from your traditional chili. This recipe calls for pepperoni, mushrooms and a jar of prepared spaghetti sauce. Every time I make this for others, I am always asked for the recipe.

This spicy dish combines fresh zucchini, rice, beans and cayenne pepper to really spice up your summer. You may wish to adjust the spices to your taste- we like it hot! Serve with tortillas on the side to scoop up all of the goodies.

This makes a very hot and spicy chuck pot toast that cooks for 2 to 4 hours on a low-temperature setting. Seasoning should be adjusted for individual tastes.
