Delicious! I made it one night I couldn't figure out what to make for the family. This marinate is terrific with sirloin and then skewered.

I made extra marinade for bell peppers and onion. I also had pineapple but I didn't marinade it. I had too much food for my skewers so I cooked the rest in a skillet and ate it over rice. The skillet version just wasn't as good. Maybe because I ate that as reheated left overs. The grilled version was very good.

This was wonderful. I doubled the marinade and I let the chicken marinade over night. I also added chopped fresh parsley and cilantro and threw in a little greek seasoning. The only issue was I didn't amke enough. This will def go into the rotation.

This is a great, super easy marinade. I marinated chicken cubes & served w/ grilled green peppers & yellow squash (just in olive oil & s/p) with a side of coconut lime rice from trader joe's. My husband said- " I don't know what you marinated this chicken in, but it is outstanding" - with no prompting! Definitely a keeper.

Instead of making kabobs, I used boneless, skinless chicken breats for this recipe. I marinated them for about an hour and then cooked them on the grill. They turned out great, and I'll definitely make this one again. Thanks!

I used this marinade for shrimp kabobs and it was fantastic! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I haven't tried it with chicken.

Just pulled these off the BBQ and OH MY GOSH! They are AMAZING. I doubled the marinade recipe for about 1-1/2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast cut into chunks. After threading the meat on the skewers, I tossed some baby asparagus in the marinade and baked them at 400 degrees for as long as it took to grill the kebobs. This is definitely a keeper. Thanks for an awesome recipe!!

I first cut a variety of veggies including squash and red, yellow and green sweet peppers, drizzled oil over all, seasoned well, and baked about 10 minutes and let cool. Then I threaded the veggies and chicken onto skewers and broiled in the oven. My company and I enjoyed every bite. Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

Very juicy and tender! I didn't have red wine vinegar, so I added 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp red wine. I also added some fresh chopped cilantro and a small diced hot pepper. Easy to make and full of flavor!

Excellent! I just marinated the whole boneless chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and grilled with a side of veggies - very, very moist and delicious - don't let the "hot" spices deter you from trying - was actually mild and I "kicked" it up a notch! I'm going to try this with london broil. Thanks for sharing!

My wife and I liked this recipe very much. Will definately make it again. I marinated the chicken overnight, it had a very bold flavor, and that's what we like. Happy Grilling!! David

I marinated chicken breast tenderloins about 4 hours and I wasn't impressed with the flavor. I've used better marinades.

Tried these last night with chicken tenders and they were really good. Somewhat of a Mexican taste. I did not make kabobs just cooked them on the grill. Served grilled summer squash and eggplant with them for a quick Saturday night supper.

We made these for a graduation party and they were awesome. I did add the zest of one lime and went light on the cayenne. Marinated for about 5 hours. Everyone loved them.

This recipe was a huge hit! We loved it. I left out the cayenne pepper because I was afraid it would be too spicy for my kids, but I am going to add it next time.
