Very good! I flattened out some chicken breasts and marinated them overnight. I didn't have a fresh lime so I had to estimate how much lime juice to add...it turned out moist and tangy.

I just didn't get this recipe. I marinated it for 6 hours and it was still bland. I had high hopes for it and followed it to a *T*.

We really enjoyed this recipe. Followed it to a Tee, only doubling it to use 2 pounds of chicken. Cooked it in an electric skillet and added pineapple at the end. Great recipe, Thanks!!

I give this recipe 5 stars in big part because, except for the lime, I actually had all the ingredients for this is the pantry. I used two tablespoons of bottled lime juice instead of squeezing it myself. It was more tart than I had expected, maybe fresh squeezed would be better.

These are definitely more spicy than flavorful and come out very moist. I marinated these for 6 hours and skewered the chicken with red and green peppers, onions and cherry tomatoes. Next time I think I'll use crushed garlic vs. garlic powder, and increase the amount of lime juice for a bit more citrus flavor. Overall, it was very good served with southwestern rice. If you like spicey food, try this one.

This was more spicy than flavorful, it got mixed reviews at my house. I added pineapple, onions, bell peppers, zucchini, & cherry tomatoes to the mix - yum! (But had to make more marinade to cover all the added ingredients of course.)

Simple yet delicious recipe! Served this on a bed of Pineapple Salsa (recipe also from this website). Great blend of flavors. I also grilled some limes so that I can add some more juice during serving. Next time I will increase the cayenne pepper for extra kick! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Very Easy, I have made these a couple of times now. Tastes great and good for parties too. As is, not very hot spicy, you could add more ground cayenne as needed.

Great easy recipe. I used fresh garlic instead of the powder (2 cloves, pressed), doubled the recipe, and marinated 4 hours. A tasty summer recipe. Thanks!

These are great - packed with flavor and still healthful. I doubled the recipe - the leftovers are great in the asian chicken salad recipe on this site... I serve this over black ben corn couscous - recipe on the site as well - it complements the flavors perfectly.

I felt that this recipe was somewhat bland in flavor. I guess I anticipated it to be bolder considering the ingredients, though I did get good reviews from the guests that I served them to.

Followed this recipe exactly, except we used 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Marinated for an hour and then grilled. The chicken was very moist and the flavor was very good. I would have liked a little bit of a stronger flavor, which probably would have happened if we had marinated smaller pieces. I enjoyed the flavor but it didn't blow me away (hence the 4 stars). Overall though, this is a great, easy marinade that can be served with variety of side dishes. Will most likely use this again! Thanks!

Boy howdy let me tell you. I marinated chicken tenders in this marinade tonight. I also marinated the other half of the tenders in a different recipe from this site. THE FLAVOR OF THIS ONE IS AMAZING!!! The other was ok, and probably good by itself, but next to this one, NO CONTEST!!! I will make this again soon. It had great flavor and it was moist. ENJOY!!!
