I've only done the kabobs once, but use this marinade for chicken frequently when grilling. My husband and I both love it! It's not a strong flavor, more subtle compared to other marinades or seasonings I use, but it makes a great fit for whatever you'll be having with it. And its easy!

This is one of my favorite dishes (the fiances too). I live in a condo and cannot have a grill. I basically use the marinade recipes for chicken tenders. I let it marinade in the fridge for about 1 hr and pan cook it. Usually serve it with some rice and cilantro. Mmmmm...

Great! Made these Saturday for a dinner party and everyone loved them. Flavors were great, cooking time was right on with the grill. For veggies, I used zucchini, onions, and bell peppers.

This was a great recipe! I doubled all the ingredients, and used 4 garlic cloves in place of the garlic powder. I marinated 4 chicken breasts, and grilled them as is instead of making kabobs, and they came out great. I chopped up the leftovers and served over a green salad for lunch the next day. Turned out great!

Great marinade! I just did chicken breasts on the grill. I doubled the recipe, increased the lime juice by 50%, and added some fresh and finely chopped cilantro. Soooo good!

Oh boy! I don't usually review recipes, although I love the helpful hints I get from other reviewers. However this so good, I can't keep it to myself. I added zucchini, squash, red onion, red pepper, green pepper, and pineapple. I marinated everyting except the pineapple along with the chicken and doubled the marinade. Fantastic! We ate it three times last week.

Wow! Great recipe. I didn't do anything to alter the recipe and it came out great. Not only were they very pretty, the peppers, onions and tomatoes I put on the skewers with the chicken were delicious. I served on a bed of rice.

This was ok, we marinated for about three hours and I used 1 3/4 limes, this made the chicken cook perfectly and was not dry at all. The flavor of the chicken was not as nice as I had expected, we will make again but I will do some doctoring.

I have made this so many times! I love it and everyone that has had it asked for the recipe! The key is to make sure that you don't over cook the chicken. If it is dry, it ruins the entire dish! I always add extra lime b/c I love the flavor. Thanks!

Great marinade but I'd like it to have more lime next time. I marinated overnight and grilled the chicken breast. It's great sliced thin on top of any salad.

Loved this! I doubled the recipe, increased the limes to 3 and used Chipotle Chili Powder instead of regular chili powder and then just a pinch of Cayenne. I made it the night before and then marinated the chicken for five hours. It wasn't spicy and just had a great flavor! I got rave reviews from my friends. Will definitely make again!

This is a good and versitle recipe. I didn't want to make it too spicy for guests, but in the future you could really tweek with the spicyness!

I thought this recipe was delicious. I doubled the recipe so I would have plenty of marinade and I added in some lemon juice as well. I used 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper for the doubled recipe. Great summer meal!

Oh my! This was fanstastic! I marinated the chicken as suggested but set aside a bit of the marinade to baste onto the kabobs while they were grilling. It was delicious!!
