Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans chili beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes
  • 11 1/2 fluid ounces tomato juice
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package chili seasoning mix

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef and onion until done.
  2. In slow cooker or Dutch oven add all ingredients together. Simmer several hours.
