I made this and only modified it slightly. I used some mexican chili powder in place of taco seasoning and put on shredded chedder/mozarella cheese. It was awesome!

This chicken bake is super easy and very good! I double the recipe because my husband and kids love it. I have made it with American cheese but I think I will try Velveeta next time...

This was an awesome dinner. Besides being so simple and quick it tasted fantasatic. I used velveeta for the cheese and also had jalapenos, onions, salsa, sourcream, and fritos for toppings so everyone could build theirs to taste.

I must have not made this correctly, even though I followed the recipe, because it came out just awful.

This recipe was way easy and we didn't even have to go shopping. We love it when we can cook a meal with things already in the pantry. We did not bake it, but rather cooked the chicken with the taco seasoning on the stove, heated the chili in a pan and used instant rice. We served it up onto plates and the cheese easily melted. We also topped it with corn chips for crunch.

This was AWESOME! I don't usually do recipes without great reviews because I've had some terrible stuff because of that before, but my brother wanted to try this and I'm SO glad! This was absolutely perfect. My kids (2, 4, and 5) LOVED it and my picky eater 4yr old even said, "Thank you Thank you Mommy for making this!". I used 5 chicken breasts and 2 cans of chili and 4 cups of rice and that was perfect my me, my husband, my brother and my 3 kids plus we had a little bit left over. Oh, also I used 1 cup of cheddar/jack cheese instead of American just because I don't like American.
