Chili-Cheese Spoon Bread Recipe Reviews - (Pg. 1)

Pretty good. I had to make my own creamed corn because I dont buy canned corn(tastes like metal to me). I just put corn in my blender and add milk sugar and salt. I used frozen corn. I also dont use egg substitute so I put in 3 eggs total. 1/4 cup of egg substitute = 1 egg. This reminded me of a cross between cornbread and an omelet. I'd love to use this as a base recipe and maybe add black beans and chili spices. But this recipe was great on its own.
