Original Recipe Yield 1 - 1 pound loaf
 

Ingredients

  • 7/8 cup beer
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot chile oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

  1. Place the ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select the French Bread or White Bread setting, and then press Start.
