I didn't have time to marinate before my 3 month old woke up. So I just took the sauce (used EXACT recipe), stuck 6 (thinner bone out, fat trimmed) chops into the sauce while I cut my veggies and got my rice ready. I then fried the chops and with about 5 minutes left, I added thinnly sliced red onion & green pepper with the remaining sauce. It tasted soooo delicious, my husband compared them to the restaurant fajitas. AND because I'm trying to lose my baby weight, it only counted as 6 WW pts+! KEEPER:)
