Toasted sesame seeds and blanched almonds are pureed and cooked with jalapeno and guero chile peppers, olives, and capers to make a flavorful sauce for chicken. When I lived in Mexico this was one of my favorite dishes.

This is a great traditional Mexican dish. It takes a little bit of time, but it is worth every minute! Provecho! Serve with a side of Spanish Rice.

Boneless chicken breasts are made flavorful even though this is a low-fat and low sodium recipe. They 're marinated overnight in a luscious mixture of olive and sesame oil, chicken broth, basil, peppers and sesame seeds. Then simply plop them on the grill
