This is one of our FAVORITE fish meals. And we're not big fish eaters! We do not change a single ingredient in the recipe. We have also used the recipe with chicken and it's almost as good!

Awesome dish and I didn't even follow the recipe exactly. I cooked it in the oven at 425 for 30min and it came out perfectly.

Wonderful! I did double the chili sauce and use 2 tablesppons bottled lime juice instead of the juice and zest of 1 lime. Served it with rice and garlicy beets (from this site) and a green salad. My family is agruing over who gets the leftovers for lunch!

This was so good! I left out the brown sugar, green onions and ginger root because I didn't have time to go to the grocery store and this was still excellent! Will def me making this again!

It was a good recipe, just be careful of adding too much ginger and it needed more chili sauce - then it was excellent

I followed the recipe as written. Marinated the salmon fillet for 4 hours. and due to rain, had to bake in the oven. Baked the salmon in the sauce. Turned out very tasty. will definitely make again.

My family loved this recipe! I used 1 tsp powdered ginger instead of fresh. I also placed the fish on top of sliced red peppers and baked it in foil in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. Opened the packet up for another 5. Served it with rice pilaf and sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.

Awesome sauce. I roasted the salmon in the oven. Half the time covered, half uncovered to get a nice crusty top.

Easy & really good! Plenty of sauce for the amount of fish. I had lemon instead of lime & still tasted great!

I'm not a giant salmon fan- too fishy for me. But I live in the NW and good salmon is readily available. This was a great recipe to add other flavors besides "fishy", and complemented the salmon nicely. I'll definitely be making this again.

Fabulous! I drizzled a bit extra brown sugar over the top but followed the rest of the recipe to a tee! I loved the kick of the chili sauce! (I used Tabasco) It was a wonderful change from our usual lemon and dill salmon. I will make this again, even my hubby liked it and he's not huge into salmon! Thanks!

This was good. I left off the lime zest (b/c I didn't use a fresh lime) and the green onions b/c I didn't have any. I only used a 1 lb of salmon. Next time I need over a 1 lb, we could have eaten more. I thought it needed a little more garlic and ginger. Overall, very good. My 5 year old loved it and was disappointed when it was all gone.

Quite good, but i think that the sauce amount needs to be doubled. After cooking for a while on the grill, there really is not much left of it, and its so good! So, besides needing more of the sauce, this recipe has made me decide that salmon is actually quite good.
