This was okay. I does need alot of salt. I didn't put all the vegies in it. I also served it with a wild rice mixture. It is really easy to make. Would make is again.

As many readers have said, this recipe is bland. I am trying to devise a way to add flavor because my family did like it; it was just bland. Oh, and it definitely needs more garlic.

Meh. This wasn't great, but it didn't taste bad either. I didn't have any tomato juice so I used V8 instead. If I made this again (which is unlikely), I would either omit the zucchini or add it later. It came out as mush. In hindsight broccoli would be a good substitute.

I made this recipe because I cook and bring meals to mom and she is PICKY. She loved it. The great thing is it is low in fat. Good job!
