We really liked this, as I like things saucey I doubled the sauce, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 3 tbls soy sauce and 3 tsp of ground ginger, 1 garlic clove. Depending on your tastebuds you might want to cut back a bit on the ginger. This was good and a quick dinner when you don't have dinner planned. Definitely will have it again.

Even with additional soy sauce and ginger, the sauce is bland. It simply wasn't as good as we had hoped it would be.

I should have listened to my gut. Mayo heated up is rarely good. This stir fry is no exception. This was bland and off tasting.

I think this recipe was excellent! I would recommend adding more soy sauce and I quadrupled the ginger amount which made it much more flavorful. I also used whatever veggies I had in the fridge, zucchini and bean sprouts were a very nice addition.

This was a good dish. I didn't have pea pods or broccoli, so I substituted half of a red bell pepper and half of a green one. I used left over chicken from a whole chicken cooked the night before and it was good. Could have used a little more ginger.

Yummy. I pounded the chicken and only had broccoli and mushrooms but it was marvelous. My husband is still eating as I type. With no rice it's a great Atkins recipe.
