This was a fabulous recipe - easy, quick, and I couldn't believe how juicy the chicken was! I honestly expected it to be dry since there wasn't any water, but I followed the recipe to the letter and it turned out marvelous! The name is a little long, so we coined it "funky chicken" but it was fabulous.

My husband just started a diet and I made this for him. He loved it! I didn't have fresh tomatoes on hand, but I used our garden tomatoes that I had frozen. Worked fine.

Very easy and fresh. I found there to be a tad too much basil for my taste when I first made the recipe so I was a little skimpy the next time. I also used crushed vs slices of garlic and it was fine. Will be making this again.

My fmily loves ths recpe,nd I love it becase it is so simple. I add feta the last 15 minutes, it makes a big difference. One thng, when I printed out the recipe, there was no option to exclude the ad. It used a lot of ink and made me sort of mad that I had to waste ink printing an ad I had no need for.
