Made for the first time this week. My husband and I both loved the flavor. Did use red wine vinegar in place of cider. Will definitely make again, but would like to try it with just fruit preserves.

I really liked this, but my husband didn't care for it. The mustard, vinegar and preserves combine to create a really unique flavor. I served over couscous.

Loved this recipe. The sauce is more tangy than sweet, and when you bite into a blueberry, what a wonderful combination of flavors. A keeper.

Sweet & Tangy, even my picky eater loved it! My kids kept dipping their fingers in the blueberry sauce. A hit in my house.

I loved loved loved this dish!! I made it exactly as written and it turned out so delicious! Reminds of another recipe I love to make called Fruity Baked Chicken. The vinegar adds a wonderful element. Served it will Garlic Kale and rice.
