Simple ingredients but great taste! I served it over pasta tossed in pesto sauce. The taste went together very well. I will definitely do it again!

This was very tasty when served over jasmine rice. I also used 1 cup chicken broth. Also, I used three cloves of garlic and threw in a couple of dashes of dried basil. Tasty and easy weeknight dinner, thanks!

This recipe was outstanding. I didn't need to change a thing! I am going to make it again this weekend because after eating it, we want it again. I added more chicken stock as I went along because I wanted more of a sauce, but that was personal preference. yum yum!

Good Recipe, the only thing I did was use Italian style diced tomatoes instead of what the recipe called for. This is great for a pretty quick meal that looks beautiful on the table.

This is a very healthy dish that even my kids loved! I used canned tomatoes with garlic and olive oil instead of fresh and it was delicious. This is a keeper for my family.

Very delicious! My family loved this recipe. I used 1c. chicken broth and 1c dry white cooking wine and bell peppers instead of roasted peppers. Very good!

I am a vegetarian and hubby is not. I make the veggies seperate and use vegetable broth instead. great flavor. I roast the peppers fresh and use fresh asparagas. yum!

This recipe was very good and I plan on making it again! The only thing I did different was added a little more garlic like others recommended and added onions and used fresh red peppers instead of canned...very yummy

Mmmmmm good! I used a jar of marinated red peppers, added a little more garlic, Italian seasoning and a can of stewed tomatoes instead of roma.
