I didn't use any cheese, used fresh red peppers, and also added some broccoli. It was perfecto!

This is needed a little more flavor.. we added crushed red pepper for a little kick but it was still missing something. We made rice a roni and mixed it all together and that helped the blandness.

Great recipe, and looks fantastic! I sliced the chicken breast (stretches it out further - I probably had a higher ratio of veggies), and I did saute it in a bit of olive oil, and added some cooking wine instead of the chicken broth. I also added mushrooms to the veggies. The balsamic vinegar added great flavor, and the cheese sprinkled on top is perfect!

I cut the chicken in thin slices (makes it easier for my husband who has Parkinsons) and sauted it quickly in a little olive oil. I then added the broth and proceeded with step two of the recipe. I covered the skillet while cooking, about 10 min, and it came out perfectly. Served it over pasta. For our taste, I will add a little more garlic and some basil next time. I have fresh asparagus and this is definitely a recipe I will use again and again.

A winner at our house! I first pound the chicken tender and even then cook with slightly more broth. The flavors are perfect however I do add a bit more balsamic vinegar at the end. We like it tossed with tortellini! A definite keeper!!

By far my favorite recipe!! Cut the chicken up before you add all the asparagus and it is wonderful. You can add some mushrooms and rotel tomatoes as well for a fast, tasty, healthy meal. I've made this 3 times in the past two weeks and will be making it again in a few days....I can't get enough!!

Delicious! Will definitely make again! I didn't have time to marinate for 30 minutes - they still turned out very flavorful. I had to substitute a few ingredients but it still turned out awesome and so pretty! Served it over leftover chinese white rice; the next day ate it over a salad at lunch time.

Absolutely delicious. I forgot to pick up fresh tomatoes so I opted for a small can of diced tomatoes. I sauteed some onions and mushrooms in Smart Balance spread (rather than butter) and balsamic vinegar and served them on the side, but we ended up mixing everything together so I may add directly into the mix next time. Sauce is very flavorful but thin. Everything (including a few spoons of the the sauce served on top of brown rice... well, what else can I say except... YUM!

This recipe has very good flavor and as others have suggested, the balsamic vinegar is essential. I added both more of the vinegar and approx 5 cloves of garlic smashed and chopped. I also had 2 lbs of chicken breast. One suggestion though, when sauteing the chicken in the broth not only add more broth but 1/2 the cooking time or your chicken will be tough. It is a husband pleaser, quick,{especially if you cut up the veggie ingredients ahead of time}, and I will definitely try this again.

Very impressive-looking for how little work it is. Beautiful colours and the balsamic adds great flavour. The chicken didn't come out as tender as I would have liked, so next time I'm going to cut it into thinner pieces for reduced cooking time. Definitely add more broth to be able to enjoy the delicious sauce.
