very bland & boring, even w/onions, garlic, & indian spices. Won't bother to make it again.

I made this the other night for my husband and I. He absolutely loved it. I put diced potatoes underneath the chicken and added onion and garlic. it was perfect, falling apart, melt in your mouth yumminess. My husband even ate the leftovers the following night, and he rarely ever bothers with left overs on his own! Thanks!

This is such a simple recipe and I love that! I made the bacon in the microwave to save a little time. I did add a couple of cloves of garlic and some soy sauce. I think you could really add just about any seasoning that your family would like. I had this on low for just over 3.5 hours and the chicken was so tender it just fell apart. I think this would work well with pasta or rice on the side

Very yummy! Defiantly was a hit in our house! I seasoned chicken breasts with garlic and pepper before added the soup over it. I also added garlic and chili powder to the soup. I also added a can of cream of chicken soup. Served over rice. Next time I think I will add some sliced mushrooms and potatoes.

Was ok, but not worth 5 stars. Made exactly as suggested, but wasn't the Wow! that I was expecting. Probably won't make again, but was edible.

Just made this for dinner tonight, and it was great. I took another reviewers advice and added chicken broth and soy sauce. I also seasoned it with garlic powder and paprika and server over buttered egg noodles. Tasted great, and was no hassle, we will definitely be making this again.

Absolutely delicious! As with others, I just simply couldn't leave this recipe alone made some changes. Firstly, made this on the stove top instead of the slow cooker. I then cut the chicken breast into 1" cubes and sauteed it with sliced celery, onion, and garlic. I added the mushroom soup and used half the sour cream (fat free). I spiced it up with a touch of cayenne, oregano, and fresh ground black pepper. What resulted was rich and creamy, not runny. I served it over pasta and I am lucky I made a double batch to begin with because my family DEVOURED it! this recipe is definitely a keeper. Thanks for the inspiration!

As a college student, it's hard to find meals that are cheap, quick, and delicious. Usually, I leave out the sour cream and I spice it up with some garlic, parsley, and thyme. I serve it over rice to and I add in extra mushrooms (frozen or fresh) to make it stretch a little further. My boyfriend and all of my friends love it. I am pretty sure this is going to be one of my go to meals for many many years. Maybe if you're thinking it's a little bland you should play around with spices.
