This was so delicious! Following another reviewers advice I added some italian herbs to the mix and some lemon juice...and we fell in love with it! Almost tasted like I had added wine even though I didn't. I didn't have any spinach so just did without. Will be makinig it tons this winter!!! Thanks for the recipe!

This was really tasty soup! Followed the recipe but added thyme and sage. Definitely didn't need any cornstarch, consistency was good.

Fabulous recipe and even better than Olive Garden ... with a few tweaks ... I added 1/4 tsp of French Thyme, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and instead of cornstarch, I stirred a tablespoon of flour into the translucent vegetables before adding the chicken broth. Everyone lapped it up! Thanks, Christina!

This was sooo sinful! I cooked a fryer chicken in the crockpot to make my own broth and it came out wonderful. I followed the recipe exactly and had such a positive outcome! Love this!!

Just delicious! Thank you for sharing this great recipe. I made it exactly to the recipe except I used whole milk instead of cream. Can't wait to make it again.
