skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into small chunks
flour for dusting
1 (13.4 ounce) package
room-temperature fresh pizza dough
1 1/2 tablespoons
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Portuguese hot chourico sausage - halved lengthwise and sliced into thin half moons
red onion, sliced thin
banana pepper rings
1 (8 ounce) package
shredded mozzarella & cheddar pizza cheese
grated Parmesan cheese

This was delicious! I used my own whole wheat crust and omitted the banana peppers because I had none - added a little chopped red bell pepper and a few mushrooms I needed to use up. The addition of chicken makes this a very hearty, meaty pizza, and I love that unmistakeable chourico flavor and the garlicky sauce. Thanks, Raquel!
Used tofu instead of chicken and italian sausage, hate me for doing it but I only write cause it my help a vegetarian reading out there :-). Anyway, the pizza was delicious!
Great pizza, our only change was to use canned chicken to save time. We will definitely make this again!
