This was OKAY. I made it exactly as written, and I wasn't impressed. It's not BAD, just not good. The mushrooms didn't really bother me, they're pretty uch microscopic. The problem is it doesn't taste like alfredo at all, so I think naming it that really makes people expect something different. I, personally, won't bother making it again. Maybe if they re-named it, it'd get different perspective, because as an alfredo this just doesn't cut it.
