This was great! I cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and fried them in olive oil. I also used frozen broccoli instead of fresh. Delicious!

I used a mix of peppers that I already had cut up, green, red and yellow. I also omitted the extra salt, but did add plenty of pepper. The only complaint I really have is that I didn't use a big enough head of broccoli for this. Can't go wrong with more veggies.

Awesome week-night dinner! I used Emeril's Essence on the chicken, broiled it & then cubed it. I also used more chicken than the recipe suggested. I added mushrooms. For the cream cheese, I used 1 light chive & onion and 1 light veggie. For the chicken broth, I used roasted garlic broth. Served w/ sliced tomatoes.

Was delicious, however I added ground cayenne pepper with the garlic to give it a little something extra. The sauce was way to thick and chunky, so I added 1/2 or so of milk to smooth it out a bit. Also, didn't have chive/onion cream cheese, so I added chopped green peppers. Overall, was very tasty with the additions. Thanks!

This recipe is an old favorite of mine. The last time I made it with whole sprouted grain pasta instead of the bow ties...even better!

This was fairly easy to make and tasted yummy! I sauted my chicken, and used a whole box of pasta, 1 can chicken broth, and 1 and 1/2 of the chive/oinion cream cheese. I added the broccoli and red pepper and dinner was done! Tasted like I had spent a long time preparing but didn't take long at all. Will definitely make again!

This was wonderful. I have 4 very picky children and in order to please them and the adults in my home, I sauted fresh broccoli and mushrooms (instead of the peppers) in olive oil and added it in after I served the basic chicken and sauce mixture to my kids. Everyone loved it. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!

This recipe was delicious and easy to make! I did make a few changes to it. I cut the chicken and browned it while the pasta was cooking. Then I put the broth, broccoli, and spices in the pan to simmer. I only made it for 2 people, but it did not take even 8 minutes to simmer. Next I substituted 3/4 of a jar of creamy alfredo sauce for the cheese and added it to the broth mixture. I didn't have any of the cream cheese and I wasn't too sure if I'd like it that rich. It turned out so good that I can't wait to make it again! My husband agrees!

Thanks Stacey, we loved this one! We halved the recipe and still had leftovers. The only thing I changed, was that I didn't have the chive and onion cream cheese, so I melted down the plain cream cheese I had in the microwave, and and put in the spices manually. I didn't have dried onion, so we mixed in Good Seasons italian dressing mix(dry) with it. It was really yummy. We will definitely make again! Thanks!!

This was one of the most amazing chicken dishes I have ever made. Everyone loved it! My brother is a little picky so I omitted the veggies on his part and he still enjoyed it.

I made this for two friends last night and they raved about it. It was not difficult, and had a great flavor. Substituting already minced garlic for the fresh kind made it much easier, too. This is a delicious, quick and easy dinner. Thanks!

This dish was a bit too rich and thick for my taste. I think half the cream cheese called for would have been enough.

This was super easy! I made it even easier by using frozen asparagus pieces in place of the broccoli and I omitted the pepper. Also, I cut the chicken into pieces and pan fried in oil for quicker cooking as opposed to boiling. I added more parmesan cheese in order to give it the extrac kick it needed. Thanks for the recipe!

My husband and I thought this was AWESOME!!! I cut my chicken up into bite size pieces and cooked it in a little olive oil. When it was almost done I added sliced mushrooms, red pepper and seasoning then finished cooking it. I used fresh broccoli and when it was done I added my chicken mixture, cream cheese and cooked until it melted. I then added my noodles and parmesan cheese. This was HEAVENLY!!!!

This was AWESOME! Even my 2 year old and 4 year old cleaned their plate! A definite family favorite that I will make over and over. I did a few things differently. To decrease the cooking time, I cut the chicken into chunks and then cooked it in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray. I seasoned it well with seasoning salt, garlic powder and onion powder. When it was done I just put it in a covered bowl and followed all the rest of the steps. I added the chicken back in the skillet once the cream cheese was smooth and let it simmer a few minutes to thicken it up a little.
