These were pretty good. Left off the bacon, as my husband doesn't like it wrapped around meat. The marinade was quick to put together and the pineapple added a nice touch. Thanks!

I made chicken and beef. They were both good but a lot of food. Grilling was quick.

This were great! I pre-cooked the bacon a bit. Also, I noticed a lot of reviewers were complaining the bacon was undercooked. A way to fix that is not to push the ingredients on tight, ie leave a tiny bit of space inbetween.

I find that it is just as tasty made in a frying pan if a grill is unavailable.

Ok, FABULOUS! I'm lazy though, I used a bottle of good teriyaki marinade, not cheap, probably cheaper to make it...also, I used someone's suggestion and boiled the bacon for 5 mins first...I've served this at several bbqs this summer and everyone LOVES it. Thank you!

This was a nice change from the everyday dinners, and even the kids liked it. We did leave the mushrooms out, pre-cooked the bacon a bit. Made it easier to wrap around the chicken.

Delicious. Kids ate it all. Next time i'll use more mushrooms and less chicken. That marinade is perfect on those mushrooms.

Angie -- Just GREAT! Like everyone else I tweaked just a little but was happily satisfied with this recipe. My husband said the wrapped chicken bites tasted like the bacon wrapped scallops that he loves. Tasty marinade and so versatile! Will have again & again! Thanks for the great recipe.

I loved it! it was great,I did a few things different,I didn't have mushrooms, don't like them anyway so I used a green bell pepper and didn't have any honey for the sauce but who missed it? and I didn't have pineapple. You know, anything would work well with this recipe, chunks of onion, other bell peppers, most anything. I bet the next person who reviews on this will love it.

These were fabulous! The bacon really keeps the chicken moist. I used some of the marinade while grilling which seasoned the onion and pineapple nicely. Even my picky 6 year old liked them. I might make a maple sauce to drizzle over when done cooking next time.

This was a big hit with us and our firends. The chicken is very tender, the only thing I will do next time is have the meat on one kabob (with the marinated mushrooms) and do the vegtables on a seperate kabob as the veggie and meat cook at quite different rates. Veggie used was, red, yellow & oragne peppers, purple onion, zucchini, cherry tomatoes. Looked GREAT.

We thought this was tasty, but not great. We probably won't make it again. We made it exactly as written, and as other reviewers have noted, we had trouble getting the bacon crispy. We also didn't find the chicken all that flavorful, even though marinated for 7 hours. Also, 15-20 minutes is far too long to cook these. We cooked them for about 10, and that was plenty.

I made this for company this evening and everyone raved how delicious and moist the chicken was and what a great flavor the bacon added! Along with the pineapple and mushrooms, I added some red pepper and red onion chunks. I also let the chicken and mushrooms marinate all day and I doubled the marinade as well. I put it all together before the guests arrived. Will definitely be a keeper!
