Made recipe exactly as is....except that I doubled the ingredients to pour over the bundles. I thought there was not much flavor. The chicken needed something more. Looked great, but won't make again.

Good balanced dish. The only preparation note I would add is to increase the bake time if the chicken is "thick" (even after pounding). We cut into raw chicken at the table and had to microwave the meal.

I recommend to pan sear chicken on both sides before placing it in the oven. also added fresh parsley with the green onions and cooked it for 15 more minutes. Very delicious and moist.

Lovely recipe, great flavor! The only revision I made was instead of sprinkling green onions I did parmesan cheese. YUMMY!

The recipe was excellent as is. To make it a 5 star recipe for me I spread a bit of herb flavoured goat cheese on each chicken cutlet and instead of using the green onions I sprinkled some onion and garlic powder on the bundles before I poured the oil mixture over them. Delicious and it got my husband to eat vegetables...a difficult task.

Ohmygosh is this recipe great! I followed the recipe except I did put some olive oil, lemon juice and some salt and a little garlic on the asparagus first. But that said I made this, it was fast, it was easy, it was delish! And, I served it to 1 adult and 2 kids (ages 6 & 12) who had never eaten asparagus before and they had seconds! Thanks for this great recipe; I'll be making it whenever fresh asparagus is available - and preferably, on sale! :-)

This was easy to make, looked beautiful, and was pretty tasty but I felt like it could definitely use more flavor. I kept thinking something was missing and I did add seasoning based on the other reviews. I think next time I will lessen the amount of chicken broth a little, add a little more lemon juice, and some white wine. I'm eating the leftovers with a little bit of creamy balsamic dressing and it's actually quite good, too!

Easy to make, looks great, and (most importantly) delicious. This is a great recipe to keep on hand for company. I brushed the asparagus spears with some of the herb / oil mixture before rolling the chicken. If I were to make it again, I'd marinade the spears in the mixture an hour or so beforehand.

We love this recipe! It comes out looking so pretty. I don't do the sauce listed, but instead make a homemade Hollandaise. I also leave off the green onions. This is a keeper for us.
