This was really easy and very good. Next time I'll cut the chicken into strips before coating them.

We were not too crazy about this recipe. I'm sure that anyone who LOVES dill will like it, but unfortunately that's not us. Not sure why other reviewers thought this was bland - we thought the dill flavor was WAY too potent (followed the recipe exactly). Hubby said, "if you make it again, change the seasoning". I will try again, but will substitute the dill for garlic or something else we prefer. Also, make sure you crush the cornflakes into small peices, or you'll have a mess when cutting into the chicken. This was my first time using corflakes as a "breading", and I didn't crush them enough. Lastly, I agree with another reviewer - there was no "Allow excess to drip off" - the sauce was too thick for that. I'll update my review when I make it again with changes. I think it will make a nice "base" when modified with a different seasoning. :)

This was a nice recipe. I used to do something similar, but using butter before dipping in the cornflakes. This variety actually gave it much more flavor. I will make it again. Kids and hubby liked it a lot.

WOW! I received many compliments from my husband when I cooked this for dinner. I love to find a chicken recipe that my husband loves. I didn't measure the ingredients and used Special K cereal. Thank you William!

This came out really good. I've made it before, but it was better because I heated the dish before throwing the chicken in this time, and eliminated the soggy bottom issue. For only 2 chicken breasts, I still used 1/2 cup mayo, mixed with granulated garlic, onion, seasoned pepper and celery salt. Coated the chicken with all of it, then the cornflakes. Sprinkled with dill and lemon zest. Yummy dish, and I'd make it again... this way. Thank you.

My family and I loved this recipe. It was crispy and delicious. I'd pick this over fried chicken any day. I definitely preferred the cornflake crumbs to bread crumbs.

This recipe was a hugh hit in my house. I did add a little more dill because I am a big dill fan. Also, I mixed the Mayo mixture up the day before so the flavors had time to blend well. I used chicken tenderloins instead of breasts so they didn't take as long to cook but they did make wonderful chicken tenders that didn't need any dipping sauce.

To be fair, I did make a few changes to this recipe. I used fresh, crushed garlic, skipped the dill and seasoned salt, and added about 2 tsp. of regular mustard. Also used bread crumbs instaed of cornflakes. Even with the changes, I can't see that they would make much difference in the recipe. It turned out nice and crispy after I put it under the broiler for about 2 min.(after reccomended cooking time). Would make a good base recipe for something else, like chicken parm. No great shakes on it's own, but not bad, either. My husband said he would eat it again. This was super easy and quick. Made the whole meal, including asparagus and one of those instant-type noodle dishes in 45 min. flat. It IS very messy, so be prepared. I'm not sure what the submitter was talking about with the "let the excess drip off" stuff with the mayo. It definitely doesn't "drip". I had to kind of rub it in. I'd make it again, but use more seasoning and top it with something.

We really liked this recipe. I made no changes to the recipe. The only thing I did do was to increase the amount of corn flake crumbs to coat the chicken. Also, I think the mayo mixture would make a great sandwich spread. My husband loves tomato sandwiches when the tomatoes are fresh & I can't wait for him to try this.

a unique combination of flavors makes ordinary chicken taste better. it's a bit messy to handle, but is a quick and easy process. i added a teaspoon of all the spices and mixed a 1/4 cup of low fat mayo with 1/4 cup of regular mayo. the entire resulting flavor was good. one point: be sure to adjust your cooking time/temp if you don't flatten your chicken to 1/4". i ended up adding about 15 additional minutes at 400 degrees in the oven and finished it for about 2 minutes on my george foreman grill before the insides were not pink anymore. just be sure to check and see what works for you!

My husband and I really enjoyed this. However, the second time I skipped the mayo but added the spices to multi-grain flakes instead of corn flakes. They baked real nicely but the bottom flakes were soggy. DELICIOUS!!
