Really great casserole. Only changes I made were to use low fat sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Hubby actually liked it, and it tasted healthy.

Delicious! I made a veggie and a meat version because I'm a vegetarian and my boyfriend isn't. Very unique, I loved the crunchy stuffing combined with the creaminess from the soup. I added red and yellow bell peppers. For the veggie I used store bought chicken substitute and cream of broccoli condensed soup. I sauteed the veggies and real chicken first to make sure they were well cooked. I topped each with cheddar cheese and broiled it to a crispy brown. I thought I would have left overs for lunches but both versions were gobbled down in one night because they were so good!

DELICIOUS! I also only used 1 stick of butter, and then I added 1/4 c water to the stuffing mixture. The only other modification I made was that I topped it with a little shredded cheese and then the remaining stuffing mixture. It seemed to not be done after 45 min of cooking, so I put a lid on it and cooked it another 30 min. (maybe its just my oven). This was SO GOOD! A great recipe that doesn't taste like EVERYTHING else we cook!

Loved this recipe!!! I added cheddar cheese into the mix then covered it in mozzarella with the topping. My whole family loved it! I don't think anyone could mess this recipe up. Super easy!!!

I added extra veggies: sauteed onion, celery & yellow pepper, canned corn, about 11 oz stuffing, sage, poultry seasoning, chicken barely boiled in bouquet garnis, extra broth and soup plus grated parmesan into casserole.
