"Sweet and tangy. This is a refreshing meal that I serve over couscous."

1 (15 ounce) can
figs in syrup
red onion, diced
yellow bell pepper, diced
skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, pounded 1/2 inch thick
This recipe was alot of work and created a big, big mess. I thought the flavor was good. Boyfriend didn't like it. There were no directions on whether to cook the veggies, so I sauteed them in a little oil and soy sauce. I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder before I mixed it in the batter. I won't make this again, even with adjustments, because it was just not worth the effort.
