I followed the suggestions on this site: sauteed the mushrooms with olive oil and garlic. I then added a can of cream of mushroom soup and the chicken broth (if you do this, make sure you mix the broth and soup... it will be better!!) I also used sliced colby jack cheese.
We really weren't happy with the recipe. It was ok, but we probably won't make it (at least this way) again. I might try the recipe as written, but use canned shrooms. I don't know what it is about this one, but neither of was thrilled. I didn't even finish mine.
