This is AWESOME! We call this "restaurant chicken" as it tastes just like it came out of an Italian Restaurant, twice as good the next day and leftovers will be devoured. I use low sodium chicken broth and it is soooooooooo delicious. Thank you for the recipe.

I followed the suggestions on this site: sauteed the mushrooms with olive oil and garlic. I then added a can of cream of mushroom soup and the chicken broth (if you do this, make sure you mix the broth and soup... it will be better!!) I also used sliced colby jack cheese. We really weren't happy with the recipe. It was ok, but we probably won't make it (at least this way) again. I might try the recipe as written, but use canned shrooms. I don't know what it is about this one, but neither of was thrilled. I didn't even finish mine.

I would give this five stars but like other reviewers I altered it slightly. I added a can of cream of mushroom soup, which made a nice gravy. I also sautéed the mushrooms with garlic prior to baking. My family enjoyed this. I will definitely make this again

This was so easy and the whole family loved it! I added cream of mushroom soup - a glob on each breast. I also topped the chicken with blend of italian cheeses. Super!

We love it! I have adjusted the amount of broth, well ok eliminated the broth. I just found it too wet and soupy in the bottom. Everyone loves it! It is a weekly hit!

This is a great recipe. I used 1/2 can of chicken stock and 1/2 can of lowfat cream of mushroom soup. I also put a few cloves of garlic in the bottom of the baking dish for more flavor. I served it with couscous on the side. The leftovers were amazing for lunch today.

This really was very good with the added mushroom soup to the broth. My entire family enjoyed it. I also sautee the mushrooms first with garlic as suggested and put them on both bottom and top of chicken. Our family decided that next time we will add artichokes to the mushrooms...or sauce...it would go great with this!

My husband came home late and woke me up out of bed to tell me the chicken was excellent. He had 5 of them. Loved the taste.

It smelled a lot better than it tasted. Very bland, and the broth made the breading soggy. There are so many better chicken recipes than this.

I though this might be alittle bland, but boy was I wrong! There is just enough flavor with the breading on the chicken. So quick to make and so good to eat!

I really thought this was very tasty chicken. Although, I did fry up my mushrooms with onion and garlic before putting them in the oven. Also, I used a can of cream of mushroom soup instead of chicken broth. The Chicken was tender and there was enough of the sauce to use as gravy over potatoes. I'm not a good cook at all, but this really turned out well for me.

I knew that cooking the mushrooms in the oven for that long would make them too done, loosing a lot of their flavor, so I cooked the chicken via directions, briefly sautéed the mushrooms in butter and garlic, put them on top of the chicken dish for the last 5 minutes of baking.

This is such a good recipe! As was suggested, I used the cream of mushroom soup, but I subsituted white wine for the chicken broth. I don't use any cheese either. I have used this same recipe with pork chops and gotten rave reviews. I cannot recommend this recipe enough!

I did what others mentioned and added a can of cream of mushroom and some seasoned chicken broth. I also jazzed up the Italian bread crumbs with more seasoning and some Parmesan cheese. It was OK, but it just lacked something. I would rather make this into a chicken parm or something.

Great, the family LOVED it! I did not bread the chicken, just browned it in some butter. (trying to keep low carb) Then baked as recipe states but used swiss cheese and topped with bacon! Huge success!
