I thought was pretty bad. It was so bland that it tasted like some boiled chicken with bad chicken gravy. I will never make this again. Wasted my good big chicken wings.

Was good, not great. I didn't have seasoning salt so I used old bay seasoning in it's place. I served with egg noodles and used a generous sprinkling of crushed red pepper.

We really like this recipe - have made it several times now, and to address the chicken-broth-or-water dilemma, either works just fine. You can't mess this one up and it's delicious. Thanks!

This recipe was absolutely wonderful!! It was easy and quick to make. My boyfriend loved it and he is a picky eater. I used 1 can of chicken broth instead of water. I added extra spices such as sazon, adobo and I used paprika and black pepper because when the recipe asked for pepper I was not clear on what to use. Thanks for posting this recipe.

YUMMMM - This is a simple and delicious way to do wings. Meat just falls off the bones. Was to hot out to BBQ so was looking for something easy to do inside. Did a few changes - We like the tips so left the wings whole. The seasoned salt we like is "Garlic Pepper" so omitted pepper and used extra of it. Also took advice of some of the others and used chicken broth instead of water and increased to 2 cups. Sauce was great over the rice. Turned wings 1/2 way through the simmering. Even hubby (who isn't fond of much that isn't BEEF) said this is a keeper. Thanks for posting this Sandra.

This was okay and got eaten but really didn't have much flavor and there wasn't any gravy to speak of just onions and chicken. It was an inexpensive meal and super easy to prepare, but not impressive enough to fix again. Thanks anyway, we enjoyed trying out a new dish.

This was really yummy, and very simple. I also used chicken stock instead of water and it made it very flavorful! I think next time I will double the liquid so I have more to go over the rice.

This was a very pleasant surprise, never had fricassee before. I did use chicken broth for the liquid and served with mashed potato's not rice. It is a keeper.

Simple & yummy! This was a great recipe to use for the leftover wings I had in the freezer. I used the advice of last reviewer and added cajun seasoning and used chicken broth. Added extra water as sauce thickened because husband likes a lot of sauce. I also sprinkled more cajun seasoning & about 1 TB paprika after adding broth, then mixed it in. MMM.. this is a great busy-night meal. Will use again!

Very quick and easy, I only made 6 wings and it came out great. I used more seasonings, like "Chef Paul's Poultry Magic", Adobo and Cajun spices as well. I also used 1 can of chicken broth instead of water and two cloves of garlic. I will add this to my collection of recipes.
